Just gonna leave this here for the folks who kept repeating this in the game thread...

Also, this was Kentucky's only SEC win that year... and Kiffin had Jaxon Dart.

But anyway, he would never struggle against a team like Kentucky.

It’ll be interesting when LSU fans encounter their first Kiffin game where he drives them absolutely bonkers with some of his decisions. He’ll *do impulsive stuff that backfires so hard and can cost a close game.

Lane is at the perfect place for him. They deserve each other.

Kiffin has never accomplished a single thing as a D1 head coach. DeBoer has conference championships, playoff appearances and has 1 national championship appearance. And he's been doing it nowhere near as long as Kiffin has.

I said the other day, Huey Long’s old stomping grounds are perfect for him.

I remember when the GOAT was at LSU and struggled several times with Kentucky.

It's funny how our fanatical fans (and I'm one) act at the 1st sign of imperfection.

I guess it's what makes it fun to watch.

and fuk LANE. I'll never want him as head coach at Bama.

Without the players he'd be fired on the tarmac

No issue with the thread but having this stickied makes this forum look retarded AF.

Deboer or Kiffin? Who’s the better coach? I’m not sure we have enough data at this point to answer this. But I’m curious why you would never want him as our head coach. He’s starting to sound more and more like Saban. He understands how to build a roster under the current college football system, and he made Ole Miss into a winner. And he knows the SEC.

I like Deboer and I hope he is successful. D looks good. I still feel like we could have helped our young qb out with different play calling but I also recognize that I’m a fan with limited true football knowledge. I hope Deboer ends up being the man and that we don’t end up realizing he wasn’t a good fit for the SEC.

That overgrown manchild is the furthest thing from Saban you could possibly be.

Because he's a diva clown who loves drama. Pretty simple stuff.

DeBoer's roster in year 3 at Bama is top 5 in the country. Seems like he also knows how to build and maintain a roster in the SEC

Kiffin has literally never won anything of significance after 7 years as an SEC coach. Not once. And this year's LSU team is riding an early season hype wave based on beating the crap out of a Clemson team that just had a rock fight against Georgia Southern for 4 quarters. LSU was ahead of La Tech by 3 at halftime last night. Leavitt threw ints on 3 straight possessions in the second quarter including a pick six. Against La Tech. This isnt some juggernaut LSU team.
