This gets very old. He is gone, let us just roll with that. We can now move on to whatever SEC trolls want to jerk off to next.

Strange to me that the schools screeching about their “turdishuns”, facilities, and support are currently all broken down, sucky, and coachless. Interesting.
This point is lost on many here. The past is all they have.

"If the stadium isn't full, I'm leaving !"

Please read the near bottom part of the article. where it says need to do a better job showing up for games. It is a warning that if the stadium isn't full and that is one complaint he has and he is voicing it now. Also NIL is key too and make sure it is plentiful for him to get top recruits.
1) the showing up to games part was the writers thoughts. Kiff bitches every year when fans don't show up to a non con game when its 200 degrees.
2) OM collective has been and is one of the better run collectives. He gets every thing he wants.
3) If he leaves he leaves. He is, his own brand at OM, we don't care. UF is not going to let him be bigger than their brand, or LSU where ever. He will do this again next year if Texas opens etc. Maybe it will be our problem, maybe Florida's. Odds are whoever UF hires, will be on the hotseat in 2-3 years

Yep. He is who he is. And regardless of whether he's the HC at OM or Florida, he's probably leaving either job the second Bama or Texas opens up.

It’s a genius move by him. At the end of the day it’s still a job and he’s milking as much as he can out of ole miss/florida/lsu he can. Delaying signing creates desperation among the teams.

Only a “Lefty” would opine on shite he has no historical knowledge of. It’s why Democrats are morons and socialism will work this time.

I still think Lane stays but he could put all this to bed right now and he's chosen not to...
It's almost like he has an agent in his ear....remind me who his agent is?

I just found out that the New York Giants are also in play for Lane Kiffin.
Lane is 50 years old.
He doesn't need or want to go to an arena that will end his career.
Any change that he were to make becomes a risk/rewards issue.
Unless his ego gets he best of him, he will not end up at Auburn, Florida or LSU.

Just curious, why does that matter? Tennessee has more people at their games than almost anyone and they ain't won shite in nearly 30 years...

For the big games, we are right at 68k. The season average is 66k.
So, about the same amount of fans as LSU has for a home day game.

lsu avg-100k
OM avg 67k
so close
before my time OM used to play in BR every year...i guess they have improved their stadium enough to play at home. Why no more home games in Jackson?
Posted on 11/11/25 at 10:36 am to TrueLefty
Any coach going to Florida has to find answers as to why the four previous coaches have met an untimely dismissal at Florida. They did not all of a sudden not know how to run a program, how to put together a staff or how to coach D-1 football.

Back in the 60s and 70s, a lot of SEC teams played their big games in a bigger city stadium:
Ole Miss and MSU played in Jackson
Arkansas played in Little Rock
Alabama and Auburn played in Birmingham
In the 70s-80s, Ole Miss acquired 2 consecutive chancellors (President) that hated athletics and they both refused to invest in the campus facilities. We fell behind. Even Alabama did to some extent. They didn't seat above 70k until the late 90s. We played our last home game in Jackson in 1996.

Not to derail the discussion
but I thought Ole Miss got away from Rebels years ago to placate a certain crowd possibly including their players?
Werent they the LandSharks/Admiral Ackbars recently?
