Saban was asked at the press conference about it.
His answer was not "Steele is calling the plays" but something like Steele is doing everything he has been doing and still has all responsibilities as DC. We worked on trying to get our play calls in quicker last week. The whole staff worked on it.
Like Finebaum said: Why not just say it's not true? Steele is calling the plays.
Maybe both are playing chess.
