I mean it sucks

But I can't begrudge a defense that good. The DLine was incredible. People aren't going to give them enough credit.

Easily Bama's best defense since 2011.

I think the front 7 is better than 11 actually. Just not the secondary.

If we're honest, those of us who would be melting probably gave up for real after Saturday.

I think most of us wanted to believe this was the year, but knew behind it all that it probably wasn't to be. Alabama just outclasses us at what we do. The matchup is bad, and will be bad, until we can improve our depth on the lines and at linebacker, and until the coaching staff recognizes that we can't line up against Alabama year after year and run the same scheme and expect to win. Saban's staff brought in Kiffin to bring added dimensions to the offensive game and until we can find a way to do the same, Alabama will always have an edge. It's as simple and unfortunate as that.

Reality has set in. I think LSU people have finally realized that they always going to be good but never great until Saban is gone.

It is what it is, we just don't have the depth or coach to beat Bama

I was very disappointed. Say what you want, but LSU fans deliver the funniest melts. It's not your typical melts either where someone simply goes off on an endless F bomb rant, we're talking it's like angry stand up comedians trying to one up each other. Even the thread titles are gold.

That "Who broke shite?" thread when Arkansas beat LSU last year...

Depth???????

You guys have recruited top 10 in the nation for the past 8 years!!! There is depth and talent all over the field for LSU. Before the game started all the LSU people were telling us how much better there QB rb wr OL and secondary was.

Now it's "we don't have enough depth."

You guys miss on the most important thing in all of this.

You have les miles and Alabama has nick Saban. That's the difference

You don't follow LSU closely enough to know about our 2 deep. Recruiting for need and recruiting for depth is different.

Jarrett lee's pick six pizza party in 2008 taught me a long time ago that it's just a game. Plus this really young LSU team has far exceeded my expectations to this point. This will be one hell of a season if LSU wins out and Bradley Peveto is shown the door. I wouldn't mind Cameron either, but he is too close with Les.

Les hires people he has a relationship with. Saban hires the best coach and if it doesn't work, they part ways.

Nah, you're just an idiot. Chavis and brisket brick left LSU zero depth in its front 7. I'm not sure how you couldn't see that this past Saturday.

True, but what do they really have to melt over in this case?

L5U fans have not really melted by. Very impressed. I was hoping for a nuclear melt of tears, but you frickers all seem calm on here.

Most of us realize that we didn't belong on the same field as Bama. When your offensive line gets pushed back into the backfield on every play, all you can do is really be apathetic to the whole shite show. Amirite?

ve lurked on the tiger rant a few times, but it was quite mellow compared to the past few years.

The refs really screwed us in that game. Not too mad that we were flagged so much, but the refs didn't really do much to give the L5U conspiracy theorists anything to latch on to.

A few of them did whine a little about the early contact with the punt returner and some tried to stir things up regarding a possible fumble on the last kickoff.
