Nothing to melt about. The refs didn't decide the game. We got beat pretty soundly.

Hopefully we can win out but I've seen this team phone it in after a Bama loss so who knows.

It felt like they melted for the 2 weeks leading up to the game. Like they knew it was coming. Now they are just numb.

It just seems like they haven't melted because the large majority of them aren't on here this week.

We got whipped by an older, more mature, and better team. Nothing really to melt about.

happened along time ago baw. Any LSU fan with a piece of a brain knows Saban is so deep in Myles head anything but a lobotomy is pointless. Myles is a good man and great recruiter but a gameday coach when playing equal talent, nobody home.

no, we got beat by the grey matter on the sidelines.

Not really fair to say that when out of the last 6 games vs them, we got beat soundly in three, and the gameplan had us either in OT or winning for the others.

Most were expecting a 2 or 3 loss season. We know we have weaknesses that keeps us from being an elite team. IMO the team has exceeded expectations. I hate losing to Bama every year but like Pedro Martinez said about the Yankees as of now Bama is our daddy.

But we are very young and have one of the best defensive recruiting classes probably ever coming in next year. The future is bright.

What would be the point of melting? Bama is our dad. It is what it is.

Bingo. We all saw the melt, it was the two weeks before the game. Endless ref threads, the nuclear core failure when Bama was put in the playoff top 4, etc. The aftermath has just been post-apocalyptic zombie wandering.

Alabama was the better team. It was obvious. Why melt over that?

I give credit where it is due. It is just a game. I enjoy it like everyone else here, but when it is over, it is time to move on.

Props to Alabama. Great defense. Henry is fantastic. Not the best Alabama team that I have seen, but if they play like they played Saturday, no one beats them.

Wait until we hit 7- 4... Even 8 - 3 will create huge meltdown.

It seems to me one of y'alls biggest issues is underclassman leave in droves.

You can't really melt from an arse kicking. It just is.

If we had lost one like last year or 2012, then you would have seen a melt.
