Kirby needs to stay at Georgia forever. He is sitting on a gold-mine for several decades.

No way Kirby leaves for the NFL after building UGA to what they are right now.

Did he learn nothing from his mentor? It's hard to win when the other teams have similar talent.

He’s young enough to try and I’m sure Georgia would take him back in a heart beat.

Don’t believe it. I know lots of UGA fans are also Falcons fans so this will be half insult and half praise but, why on earth would he leave riches for poverty?

Kirby will end up hating the NFL and once Saban retires he’ll take the Alabama job…

Kirby goes pro, goes to Bama when Saban hangs it up.

It almost always doesn’t work that way.

Leave a job. The organization moves on. They hire a really good coach. New coach is winning at a high rate. Kirby wants to leave NFL. Georgia job is already taken. Georgia isn’t firing a coach that’s winning 11-12 games a year that has a massive payout to hire Kirby back.

Kirby should make the jump to the Falcons. He has peaked at Georgia.

Kirby should stay at Georgia. He has more first round picks on the Georgia football team than the Falcons do.

Georgia has officially arrived. Getting the treatment of a program that failed to meet crazy expectations, even though it was still a great season. Wild rumors and overreactions. Welcome to the club.

1. Arthur Smith is not getting fired. (If you see Arthur Blank on the sidelines, you can put him on the hot seat, he isn’t close now)
2. Kirby wouldn’t take a 65% pay cut.
