Mulkey and Staley are both great HC's. Kim Mulkey has won 4 NC's at 2 schools and Dawn has won 3 at Carolina.
Carolina won today because they have multiple (7-9) players who can contribute BOTH good D and 5-8 points. LSU has fewer of those kinds of players and shot 29% from the floor today in Columbia.

Both coaches are detestable. But imagine hanging your hat on a money loser like women’s basketball. I like Coach Yo at Ole Miss and she has done well. But have you actually watched them play? It’s hard to watch which is why they lose money.
