To highlight reasons recruits may not want to go to Oxford at the same time bloviators like Ryan Clark are suggesting black recruits should avoid states doing certain things is ignorance at the highest as Louisiana sits in the national spotlight on certain things. It just amplifies reasons a Black recruit may choose a Big Ten school over LSU.

He doesn't have enough guts to say that he left because of the money. Just be honest for a change.
Although some of what he said is true about Ole Miss. Not the actual stats but the perception. You have to realize a lot of the parents are misinformed or just plain not smart. Look at their voting patterns.

Nope he knew 2 weeks before the Egg Bowl that if he didn't sign the extension he wasn't coaching post season. You cock gobbling Lane's dick and his spin of the story. It has been bullshite from the start.

It is kind of sad that Ole Miss has done so much to try to shed that perception. Removing the Confederate Soldier Statue... Getting rid of Dixie and the Battle Flag at games... Getting rid of Colonel Reb... and that the parents are still "misinformed"....
While Ole Miss might pay the price for them being "misinformed"... It is also true that all these parents see White fans pushing back against all the changes. We see on here all the time how people say Ole Miss gave into the "woke mob" and how they think Ole Miss should bring back all the old traditions and so forth.
As far as how they vote... they vote the way they do because the people who want Ole Miss to bring back the old traditions.... vote the other way.
