Innocent until proven guilty not a thing in Tejas?

And the obligatory moth to flame.

I'm presuming they are innocent until they are proven guilty.

Cops lie, women lie, everyone lies.

Convict them in court or leave them the frick alone.

Well if they are students and other students are involved, then there are going to be possible ramifications beyond the court.

@ the downvotes. This is the charge, thats a fact. There was no property theft. Sorry y'all don't get that.

It's telling that his post which is factually wrong (and he knows it's wrong) has all the upvotes.

I support them not being kicked off the team. Kicking players off the team for mistakes doesn't benefit anyone.

It's up to the coach to what's best for the team. In some cases that may be kicking players off, but it's a judgement call and the coaches have to make it.

They are also the ones who will have to deal with the consequences.

frick what anyone thinks about it.

I hate it when that happens. It had to be embarrassing for the poor boy. Imagine if your gun fell out of your shorts during a crime.

The players involved already went before a student review board and were told they were in the clear.

It goes to a grand jury next. Given that all the "evidence" seems to be hearsay from the fraternity, I wouldn't be shocked if charges get dropped. If so, then they stay on the team. Seems fair enough in due process.

If you practice law, tell us so that we may avoid the street your office is on.

So the Player's testimony is not hearsay?

Hint ...If an attorney, time to change professions.

Being cleared by a group of fan boys from the school's student review board is great and all but I have a feeling the Distract court will be a little more hard arse.

If that is your defense than your boys are in trouble.

I think the players just got involved in a frat house fight... I am not defending Tisdale, he is no perfect angel and needs to get his shite together.

If it's correct they were asked to leave, or
just left BUTcame back and at least Tisdale
was packing heat that, as you said, fell out
of his shorts, is just chilling no matter how you
look at it. Why bring it unless you at
least had thoughts of using it ? Can't help but think the others who returned were aware of the
weapon. If it proves to be the case, Stoops would be
a fool let Tisdale return.

Well, at least Kentucky is trying to win. Will be fully convinced if they show these student athletes don’t have conditioned air.
