If the fraternity isn’t fully cooperating it’s still somewhat under wraps. Hard to find them of wrong doing when the alleged victims won’t speak to it.

They have probably been advised by their lawyers to let them do their talking for them. Similar to the way the University is doing the talking for the football players. The University will muddy the waters. My guess is the fraternity has great pressure being put on it by the school to recant their stories or face a smear campaign.
