I don't know if any of y'all have ever been to Lawrence Kansas. But. if you have, you'd understand their anger. That place is a desolate shite hole.

Rock Chalk Jayhawk! I rank Lawrence higher than most sec towns except Athens and Oxford. Great place, beautiful campus

I have no love for KU, but I think Lawrence is a cool college town.

Hm, Lawrence is pretty unanimously considered to be a really good college town. I haven't heard anything positive about Gainesville, if I'm being honest.
I don't really like either KU or Mizzou (both are historically terrible and still talk a lot of shite), but it's a fun rivalry to watch because they do not like each other at all.

I’ve lived in Lawrence, KS and Platte City, MO. Been to both schools for a game. Lawrence feels more like a HS it’s basically in a neighborhood. Good restaurants though. Missouri is more like a college atmosphere and to be honest the fans there were very welcoming.
