People behind the scenes are saying Alabama athletics with constant meddling from booster and bad NI return. He doesn't view it as a top tier job anymore .

If that plays out like you seem to think that it will, I can see Alabama going after the Kentucky HC....and yeah, he would absolutely jump at the opportunity.

You don't quite have it right. People behind the scenes are talking, but they are talking about you. I've heard them saying things like Scoper Stupe or Scoper 'Tard or Scoper Poopy Pants.
Even here, on this very board, people talk about how stupid you are when you aren't around to respond. Do a search on the times when you aren't here posting and you can read where all kinds of people, from all fan-bases, ridicule you and say you have snagged teeth and soiled pants all the time.

However, if he was to leave, I assume their first call would go to Cignetti. I doubt he would leave though with the cake walk he has up there. Not sure who they would pursue after that other than begging Saban to come back.

Alabama has a top 10 roster payroll by some measures online.
