Tough loss but getting beat by a team you swept earlier in the year will hurt but not as bad as you may think. Still believe we will be a #7 or #8 seed overall.

Getting to Omaha is about getting hot at the right time. The bama team we saw against Florida and Auburn doesn’t have a shot at getting there??

Agreed but no need in getting pissed when a team that has holes gets exposed from time to time. This team has the capability to get to Omaha but could also go 0-2 in regional play. Just the way it is.

Love baseball season even though bama hasn’t been elite in quite some time! Gonna be a fun and crazy SEC baseball season!
Starting to figure it out at the plate.
I have been around baseball long enough to understand progression. Will our guys make the appropriate adjustments as the season goes along? Maybe, maybe not. That’s the beauty of baseball. You can be negative all you want but suggesting that a team is already out of it after the first 9 games is extremely premature judgement.

Just my opinion but Vaughn is closing the gap between us and the upper tier sec. This team is talented and its ceiling is Omaha. Baseball is a crazy sport and it’s all about getting hot at the right time. In the past we came out hot and fizzled out. Who knows, maybe this year is the opposite? I’ll just sit back and enjoy the ride
