I would take Manziel over Burrow and Cam with all other things being equal. He was just the most electric out of the three after a play broke down. Burrow is great with good receivers though. But Manziel and Cam were just as electric on their feet as much as through the air.

Two of those 3 guys won a Natty, the other didn't even sniff a conference title. One of these guys was in a Super Bowl, the other the starting QB in the AFC championship game. The other was sniffing coke off of a stripper's arse. You might want to go look up some Cam highlights in college. This is true. It’s also true that Johnny led the SEC in rushing yards as a freshman QB, obliterated the SEC single-season total yardage record, etc…
It wasn’t all smoke and mirrors and Mike evans.
