It's November and their toughest test is an upcoming game against perennial bottom feeder Misery (who I don't believe is ranked in the Sagarin top 30)

Georgia will win by 30 and try to validate their claim as the #1 team. Their fans will talk more about what they've accomplished in the past two years than what they've actually done THIS year

Misery will be exposed as the top 25 fraud that they are and be sent back to the reality of being West Vanderbilt

The two best teams in the SEC (today) play this weekend in Tuscaloosa

My SEC rankings (top 5)

T-1 Alabama
T-1 LSU
3 Ole Miss
4 Georgia
T-5 Tennessee
T-5 Aggie

Factually, UGA's SoS is 100th in the country. Not great

Since Mizzou has joined the conference, I believe Texas has won a grand total of three more games than Mizzou has.

It's still ahead of LSU's pass defense.

Well yeah - the DBs are awful. Not sure how that's relevant to the SoS conversation though

To be honest, you can't even claim that they are the two best teams in the SEC West.

Been? It hasn't been the strongest but it hasn't been atrocious. @AU, an undefeated top 20 UK at home, and on the road agianst UF are mathcups that woudl ordinarily be a bit zesty if not for the fact we're simply much better than them. That's what peopelp don't seem to differentiate...the quality of our opponent shouldn't be altered by how much better we are then them.

As for upcoming? We are abotu to face a top 12 missouri, a top 12 ole miss, and a top 20 tennesse. After our 12 games our schedule will look just fine. Throw in another top 10 matchup against the west champ and there's nothing wrong with the schedule at all.

I believe (today) that LSU and Alabama are the two best SEC teams. Give Ole Miss credit for their close home win over LSU. Also give respect to LSU for playing a tough non-con game against a strong Florida State team. Daniels is probably the best player in the country and will need to carry LSU down the stretch. Huge test against Alabama upcoming

Ole Miss is a very good team and I look for them to beat Georgia

If only there was some way to figure out who would win between those two teams...

Iron is sharpening iron in Tuscaloosa this weekend, while UGA is looking to validate their SOS with an overrated team

Missouri was leading LSU with 3 minutes to go in the game. Those teams were practically dead even for 57 minutes. Not sure how LSU is iron-like and Missouri is overrated knowing that.

A 6 point loss is a blow out? (55-49)

What do you call a 35 point loss? (63-28)

UGA is one of only a few undefeated teams remaining. What you don't seem to care about is the fact that it's difficult for any team to make it through the season undefeated in any conference, but especially in the SEC.

UGA plays the teams it plays, and they are playing the same same sort of schedule they play almost every single year, with the exception of the SEC taking away the Oklahoma game this season. UGA has done nothing to weaken its schedule, but is wholly dependent on the league and the other teams for its SOS. All UGA can control is its own team.

The "weak schedule" talk reeks of jealousy. By the time the season is over, UGA will have played several quality teams, and if they are still standing at the end of it, you need to reevaluate your concerns.
