lose by double digits to an 8-5 Billy Napier
Not as bad as losing by double digits to a 5-7 Billy Napier.

Florida behind Ole Miss, Missouri, Texas Anm and South Carolina is laughable, as is LSU behind Tenner.

Many LSU fans were saying Mizzou would end up being unranked at the end of the season and LSU would end up higher than Mizzou. Well Mizzou did lose one more game from the year before going 11-2. LSU saying losing DC and DL coach will hurt them big time. Well partly against Texas A&M and Alabama and that South Carolina game was winnable and came close to winning that one. This season Drinkwitz did a great job finding replacements and got key backups and rotational experienced players. This recruiting class and transfer portal class have been the best one ever for Drinkwitz. All pointing to the right direction. Maybe you need to look at other teams' process over the course in the last few years.

Why does the media consistently overlook Elko and what he can/will do?

He won 7 games his final year at Duke with Reilly Leonard against the ACC.

Now that he has his guys, he should be good for more wins, probably 8 I would think.

Josh Pate couldn't be a bigger waste of time.

Did you see his "perfect" conferences?

I forgot more about CFB than this guy will ever know.

Hugh Freeze happened.

Is Hugh Freeze the source of all their problems? Or was hiring Hugh Freeze a symptom of deeper problems?

Josh uses some strange method in evaluating everything. In his top 25 he ranks teams on neutral site games. The predicted outcome on neutral sites is fine....but games are not played on neutral sites until the semi-finals or special games throughout the season. It's flawed in that sense. I am not sure about this ranking. I can assure you it's not conventional.

Is this supposed to be a gotcha?

Ignorant logic.

Vandy beat Bama, LSU beat Vandy, Bama beat LSU.

… you can’t use your logic. Ever.

Okay with that list except for OM over A&M.

I get the relative recent success of Ole Miss. but there is no foundation there.

Only Lane and NIL mercenaries. At some point it’s not sustainable. This is a flash in the pan 3-4 year run.

Would love to see his criteria.

They aren’t used to being ranked. Everyone knows LSU has been in rebuild since O stopped giving a shite and tanked the program. Our rebuild years are as good as the Vols best years in decades

Easy for Vols to get ranked with their charmin ultra soft scheduling. 2022 was the only very good year they have had in decade+ where they beat teams worth a damn

Yeah we lost to USC, so did A&M, they also played Notre Dame closer than UGA did. We scheduled 2 B1G teams in OOC, Vols scheduled a ACC team that couldn’t even get bowl eligible
