Not really, has Saban ever did anything where its not done in an organized fashion? He does his damn game review at the stadium, LOL, where he doesn't have to spend an hour in a studio, let them piece it together with 15 minutes of other reviews and game film. He talks about 5-10 minutes.
When the Defensive Coordinator Steele retired after only ONE YEAR, that tells us this hire was already in place more than likely. He wants to bring his staff with him. IMHO, Steele is better than anyone Oregon had but of course coaches are loyal. I personally would have brought in Dabo, and a great staff.
