Was an absolute joke of a schedule.
If they’ll give a Heisman to some Birmingham hood rat that breezed his way to a national championship, then surely they’ll give it to Bama’s boy wonder playing the SEC West cupcakes like LSU, Auburn and MSU. And some 12-0 Georgia sprinkled in there.

All I know is Jimbo was a next level troll when he brought FSU and Jameis to play UofL.

Uhhhh it’s part of the Birmingham metropolitan area.
Whether y’all like it or not, Tua’s season against bad competition isn’t any better or worse than a large portion of past Heisman winners. And he looks way more exciting doing it.

I don't recall anyone being close to Winston that year until Mason making a strong push late but by then Fsu and Winston had demolished a damn good Clemson team on the road. Are you implying he shouldn't have won?

Manziel should've went back to back. When it comes to college QBs they weren't even close. Hell when it comes to purely on the field skill I'd still take manziel. Winston never impressed me. Makes poor decision is an average to below average athlete without a rocket arm.

2013 Florida State scored more points than any team in college football history. Mediocre schedule aside, that's legendary. Especially since they didn't run a Leach style offense.

I'm almost positive Jameis was shaving points. FSU was 3-9 ATS that season and Jameis had several wtf plays when he could've easily put the nail in the coffin. Remember the betting situation that arose with him late that season?
