What legal problems? The UGA police charged him w/ a misdemeanor for reckless driving rather than for leaving the scene of an accident with serious bodily injury. That latter crime carries a minimum of 1 year in prison. Instead, he will get off with a couple of fines for $1,000. Chump change for him.

I personally think we should all sit out of calling out players or anyone abut legal issues until the courts have decided the issue.
Look what happened to Traeshon Holden the former Bama receiver who transferred to Oregon. He was arrest for a crime and dismissed from the team. He was reinstated to the team when evidence emerged that the arrest was unfounded.
We all need to wait to see how these situations play out and quit dragging these young men through the mud, whether they are players, former players of your team or another team.

jury and executioner toward young college athletes.You guys
act like ya`ll never did anything stupid or crazy in your
youth while you were drinking.I understand how serious what
Carter did was.What are ya`ll holier than anybody else.
We criticise put down condemn these guys without knowing
all the facts and believing things because they are on the

I am sure that there are some GA fans that haven't commented on the Miller threads, just as there are Bama fans, me included, that haven't commented on the Carter threads. As I said, we all need to sit out on these issues until the courts decide.
BTW, we do agree about a lot things on the "other" board.
