Enhance HR? I say a large percentage of Americans deeply despise BLM movement and anyone associated with it in any way. The NCAA feels compelled to issue statements in favor of BLM because they’re fearful of the political minders/persecutors that are given the authority to punish heretics. In the Soviet Union, when Stalin would speak everyone had to keep clapping while standing for fear of what would happen to the first person to sit. We’re seeing this now. It’s the same motivation all the corporations have in regards to issuing statements.

There is a deep disconnect between America's elites and the common people. They really believe that BLM and White groveling are popular things, or at least they think they should be. Upper class Whites in particular, are very eager to throw lower class Whites under the bus. Bizarre need to virtue signal. Upper class Jews, Blacks and Latinos don't have the same need to virtue signal.

Why would your theory be true?

Relatively speaking Stalin had wayyyyyyyy more power to impact people's lives than BLM does

BLM started out as a SLOGAN and then grew into a loosely organized group with several "chapters" throughout the US, they have never had any Economic or Political power to speak of, and now you're comparing them to the power that Stalin had over his Country

It has basically the same status of the communist party in the old Eastern Bloc, you're not allowed to criticize them and you're only safe if you pander.

I doubt 90% of white people live in trailer parks. The only white people that I know that actively support BLM are rot brained drug addict single moms. It’s the worst of the worst of white people.
