I think it sticks in Saban's craw that he FLOPPED (repeat FLOPPED) in the NFL. Given the right situation....yeah he goes.

His ego must prove that he is not a failure in the NFL and that he will only be remembered as a great college coach.....He will go the the NFL - when the right situation comes up

Idk which building might lack AC, but UA has poured about 3/4 of a billion dollars into capital projects since the enrollment expansion began. 5 or6 new student villages have been built on the new north campus and an entire new science and engineering city is nearing completion.
Sucks about that guy and the AC though...
