(translation) "Dear sweet 7lb 8oz baby Lord Jesus, please let Saban leave Alabama so that when our coaching staff leaves and Chizik is exposed for being the coach we all think he probably is.... average, we don't get our asses beat by Bama until Saban leaves or until we find another Newton."

no, but he has common sense.

and I agree with most posters, money would be the last reason he leaves Alabama for the NFL or another school.

Also I would think Saban has plenty of time to succeed also in the NFL. If he really wanted to go to the NFL I could see him coaching for like 7 years.

Also that is plenty enough time for an elite coach to bring championships to the Cowboys.

That's what you got out of that? And Bama fans want us to believe the opposite when you bring up Malzahn constantly But Auburn fans are idiots when they think Malzahn will be back another year.. I see how this works.

I don't think Malzahn will leave after this season. Maybe after next season though. If a good job offer comes up

You're right... and the Cowboys can't beat Bama when it comes down to "control" of the team.

No way in hell will Jerry Jones EVER allow a coach to have total control like Saban has at Bama.

But in the event money is ever an issue, Bama has 6Mill to spend and will not balk at it either.

This. If he only cared about money he wouldn't have left Miami for Alabama. His desire for another challenge is what worries me most. He's almost 60 though. I don't thik he will leave when he has everything he needs here. Plus, it's closer to his lake house than in Texas

that depends if Cam stays or goes to the NFL, if he goes Malzahn's stock will never be higher than it is now.

Sounds to me like Jimmy Sexton is about to do what he does best. Whether Saban is interested or not he'll make BAMA think he is just for the money.

Get ready to come out of pocket another $2mil per year Bama.

So Bama just overloads professors with more students at the sacrifice of their education, not to mention educational facilities!

They might not have to.....CNS and agent will use this to get more $ out of BAMA though.....So, $6M is available huh? Good to know. Might as well write the check.

No, they will actually be looking for a coach soon and based on the trainwreck up there it is safe to say that the new HC will have full control over the football program.

That is the number (6M) Bama can afford to pay a coach of Sabans Caliber.... and UA won't balk at that amount.

And you know this, how?

You actually think that the Univ of Alabama really worries about anything other than football! The Univ is an excuse to field the team.
