Couple geniuses got together and said hell let's have this game on Monday night. Then just to make that decision look good they said let's have it in Indianapolis.

Making the Natty on Saturday makes sense, it also makes sense to continue using bowl games. But whatever.

Maybe Georgia and Bama fans are a bunch of obnoxious pricks.

What a stupid post. There are a lot of super interesting cities in the U.S San Francisco, San Diego, Portland, Seattle, Austin, New Orleans, Nashville, New York, Chicago, Boston, lots of cities on the east coast. Hell, even parts of Birmingham are hip and interesting.

Carmel and Zionsville are cute shopping towns very close to downtown Indy. Try Milktooth in Indy for brunch in the morning. The Bottleworks district on Mass Ave is pretty cool. The Rathskeller is a fun, old fashioned German beer hall right off Mass Ave.

Next year it’s at the new Rams/Chargers stadium in Los Angeles.
Gonna be two southern or at least East Coast based teams again, so this is ridiculous.

Can't get a reservation. They take walk-ins but the wait is hours. I've had the shrimp cocktail before, though, and it's fire.

I grew up in Ohio just north of Columbus and did college in Indiana. Moved to NO and then BR in early 20's and never been back. It's freeeeeeeezing cold in the winter...

"Ghetto in the Woods" is my favorite of the group if you didn't spend time to read beyond "Pretty much Alabama"

You've obviously never been to either or you'd understand immediately what I mean.

Uh....that word doesn't mean what you think it means here dipshit. Lexington and Louisville have very unique characteristics that comprise our culture.
Meanwhile Indianapolis and Columbus.....decidedly do not.

What's ironic is the guy from Illinois taking umbrage with my assertions, as the entire state of Illinois outside of Chicago is EXACTLY the kind of bland landscape I'm referring to. Guess that hit a little close to home huh champ

Lol wtf are you talking about? First off, Lexington has nothing that unique about it. Sorry to burst your bubble, but Lexington, KY is the same city as Bloomington, Indiana or Champagne, IL. Cool college cities but nothing more nothing less. Louisville is cool, I’ll give you that.

Chicago is the 3rd largest city in the US and “Chicagoland” accounts for like 80% of the states population. People from all over the world travel to Chicago for its architecture, museums, food, Wrigley etc. You can’t conveniently shite talk the Midwest/Illinois but then leave the largest most influential city out lol.

Try a Harry and Izzy's, sister restaurant and same shrimp cocktail. Do not inhale while chewing the shrimp.

Take it from me who was raised in Indiana (spent a lot of time in Layfette and Bloomington) and lived outside Champaign (which is a hell hole)...Lexington has more character than Bloomington and Champaign combined. So your assessment of Lexington is waaaaaaay off.

Bloomington is a cool campus and a decent town square, but that is about it. Champaign sucks arse and the weather from October till March is drab and gawd awful.

Lexington has history, bourbon, horses and the farms, Keeneland, and the downtown. Food is awesome and the scenery of the horse farms that surround Lexington can not be compared to flat arse farm lands in Illinois.
