I don’t get the hate for Pat. He actually brings some energy to GD.

What a shame. He brings some life to the show. He's quirky but it's fun. Some people just don't like fun.

Do away with the 5+ human interest stories and make it only 2 hours long again. Nobody wants to be depressed as frick when they watch college football shows. Yes, cancer sucks and yes I along with everyone else wants it to not be a thing.
But no ESPN. I don’t want to hear about another 5 year old with an inoperable brain tumor who just wants to see his team play in person one more time.

ESPN already has a personality that would be loved by most and seems to have his finger on the pulse for college athletics. SVP. Make it happen.

Weird thread
The show has been getting progressively worse over the last several years and at this point he's the only real source of energy on it
I imagine there are people out there I'd enjoy watching more, but maybe they have other gigs they prefer instead
I'd get rid of Howard and Corso (poor guy) before I got rid of Pat

I haven't watched CGD once this year due to the fact that I'm coaching my son's flag football team and we play our games on Saturday @9AM. I had a feeling that it wouldn't work out because of the level douchiness McAfee would bring to the show.

I like Pat. Corso needs to be done, it's painful to watch. I could also live with shortening the show, and sticking just to football.

The show hastened it's own demise by putting Hootie and Lainey Wilson on the intro instead of Big and Rich. Colossal frickup.
