re: It's weird, LSU is probably the ranked SEC team with the least weaknesses.

UGA does have the #1 SOS, but LSU is sitting at #17. We have played a plenty tough schedule, he'll, even with 1 loss our strength of record is #7 in the country.

Literally the two most important things required to be a complete football team.

I haven't seen that yet. Run blocking is much worse than the pass protection (which is very good).

Defense has looked improved of late but one nasty game against Arkansas doesn't mean you have a reliably excellent unit

I’ve only watched the usc usce and ole miss games but something looks a miss. They looked lousy in all those games but they won two of them(looked the most competent in the usc loss). Qb looks solid but only on third down. I keep thinking it’s going to bite them but here we are mid season and they keep winning, kinda who they are now.

You can’t say all those teams have passing issues due to inconsistency and then say the LSU rushing attack is fixed.

Teams seem to be pretty evenly matched up. Glad we are at home. I’m used to something spoiling our October.

I do think Elko is a players coach and changing the overall approach.

No i just say the truth.

Some of you LSU fans act like you just started watching football and never played the sport at any level yourselves.

To downplay the significance of a good running game and defense in this conference is basically saying that the LOS play except maybe pass protection doesn't matter. Ridiculous.

LSU looks really good recently mostly because of Weeks leading the defense to a higher level.

But don't sut here and say you can be anything close to a complete defense with a weak running game and defense.

That's just blasphemy to real SEC football.

I mean we are ranked ahead of teams listed when discussing ranked SEC teams…

I think LSU is the most improved team since opening day but I also think we've found out that Ole Miss isn't that good and I think people overrated Arkansas after they beat us. We really shite the bed in that game

I'm not saying LSU is the best team in the SEC, just that they don't really have any major weakness.

We have the 103rd ranked pass defense. That's pretty major..

he big difference between LSU and Tennessee is LSU has improved significantly each week on defense, starting around #100 in the country in the first 2 weeks of the season to the middle 30s at week 8. Tennessee has seemingly regressed on offense throughout the year, yalls defense is great though.

It’s a hell of a lot easier to move up from 100 than it is to maintain a top ten defense

Keep drinking the same coolaid as Mizzou. Tastes great, right?

Just wait till the following Sunday morning. That stuff tears up your insides.

Clearly this OP doesnt eveb both to know statistics and facts. Comes with the territory for many LSU fans but not all of them.

Funny to make a post about having no weaknesses when you have already lost and coming into a stadium where you have struggled to win.

Setup for a massive crow dinner.

Just like when i said our dline this year would be way too much at home for Milroe to handle?

Just like when i said Arkansas on the road was our most risky game besides UGA in Athens?

Even your own fans were telling me not to worry.

Nope, but i knew Nico had not progressed enough at that point for it to be a sure thing win.

Most of what I've said this season has been spot on.

Called Tennessee over Oklahoma (before they crumble to pieces) and Bama and was met with Vols will crumble under the pressure blah blah.

My only real miss was calling for Arkansas over LSU.

LSU is getting better as the season progresses on defense especially. I'm a pretty fair person and will give credit where it's due.

But when your fans say stupid crap like a good defense and running game aren't that important I'm going to call you imbeciles out for it.

Your offense is an obvious weakness for anybody that has laid eyes on your team.

You say whatever is in your "feels". You are the most overly emotional dip shite poster on this site. You were calling for Nico to be benched at halftime of the Alabama game and now he's the second coming all over again.

I'm thinking running up the score on Chatanooga and Kent State might skew those numbers a bit. Nobody is scared of the Vols.

The offense that has the leading rusher in the conference. Sampson is about to set most of Tennessee’s single season rushing records. The top 10 offense in the country isn’t the issue.

Now if had said limited production from the WRs or QB production I could see that as both have been underwhelming due to injuries and playcalling.

It happened multiple times just this past weekend. If you mean give up a huge play because of it, then I suppose you might be right.

The same RB that apparently spurned his home state LSU.

These guys JUST CAN'T get over the 40-13 beatdown at the home turf.
