I’d love to give Petino a shot. I think he’d be fine since he knows everyone will be keeping sharp eyes on him. UGA would become an elite basketball program overnight with the in state talent we got!

Don't believe it, but I also don't want to believe it. That dude is the biggest piece of trash in the NCAA. I'd still pull for us obviously, but I can't stand Pitino.

This. Pitino is the ultimate scumbag.
Besides, Pitino doesn't go anywhere where the deck isn't stacked. He learned that from his Celtics experience after the Celtics didn't get Tim Duncan in the lottery like he expected.

Good Lord, the guy lied about providing prostitutes to players and recruits along with $. He also choked a prostitute. How could anyone seriously touch him at this point?

Can you please elaborate or give details. I don't think a one and done NCG counts as success. Success is winning consistently and winning championships.
