Aranda just got an extension from Baylor. He also doesn’t seem like the kind of guy to bail after two years especially with Baylor being on the upswing.

I'm kinda surprised Brian Kelley's name is never mentioned. He's won everywhere he's been and he could do well with elite recruits at a place like OU or LSU compared to what he gets at ND.

JMO but I believe Dave was the choice from the get go. Out of respect for Baylor he and LSU are waiting to announce once this next game is in the books.
LSU may have wanted someone more Shiny but they may have gotten a better coach with Dave.
