Question. Would you have taken a championship last year for Kiffin to coach in the playoffs and take your best players with him?

We weren't beating Indiana , Kiffin or no Kiffin.

There is no one in football that will pay him more
Only if they don't want him enough but there are lots of schools that can afford him.

But it doesn't matter. He isn't leaving LSU mid-season and still hasn't proven anything at LSU to matter.

We weren’t beating Miami either they were a terrible matchup for us. Our secondary and linebackers just weren’t good enough

Do you lsu fans really think you can have a dynasty at lsu like bama? Those days for schools are over. NIL and portal changed all that. Lots of schools with the same resources as lsu. I will give yall one in the next 10 years and lane will be gone after 4 years

Kiffin laughs at that statement. Miami outplayed them.

I don’t have that much invested in a football team to be prideful. I’m an ole Miss fan but I don’t obsess over a football loss or win.
I just believe people have to make wise decisions and Keith Carter made the best decision

Well that’s the other explanation. You just don’t care about football or winning. Fair enough.

LSU will likely win by 3 TDs in a couple of weeks.

I have no clue how that game will play out, but I’m 100% sure that Lane won’t call the dogs off regardless of the score

The worst coach in Ole Miss history won a national title at LSU. Let that sink in…

The only reason OM is relevant right now is because of LSUs current coach.

Y'all blow this so out of proportion you don't realize there are at least 5 other venues just in the SEC that provides an experience that is so similar that it makes Tiger Stadium just the next one in the SEC.

That’s highly debatable. But also you need to brush up on reading comprehension. He was not comparing to the rest of SEC. He was comparing to Ole Miss. In which there is zero comparison.

Let’s be real. Ole Miss won those playoff games last year because of Chambliss and the offense he had installed. Having Pete Golding on the sidelines did nothing. Have Lane would’ve been a net positive.

Ole Miss would’ve made it even further with Lane coaching the entire year last year.

Poor Gators got rejected too

We offered to build him an on campus personal pickleball court and yoga studio. We did everything we could, LSU is just the superior football program now.
