Seems to tarnish his legacy to have walked away from his team without a plan. That seems selfish to me and I didn’t think he would have done it like this!

I don’t think he owes Bama anything.

If you are the AD, you probably do not want Saban second guessing your decision on the next hire.

What is this cuck mentality? He didn't coach for free.

He is trying his best to wreck the ship so nobody else capitalizes on his hard work.

That little bitch doesn’t give a frick about Alabama

I think there was more of a plan than anyone may ever know. You don’t make the comments and tell the players they will have a coach in 72 hours if he just decided at the last moment

This is Saban's legacy.

quote:

"As it turns out, what I learned from that experience in hindsight was, it was a huge mistake to leave college football," Saban said. "And I know a lot of LSU fans think I left for whatever reasons, but I left because I wanted to be a pro coach, or thought I wanted to be a pro coach. We loved LSU. We worked hard to build the program. If there was one thing professionally that I would do over again, it would've been not to leave LSU."

Resiging midweek without previous chatter is the most Saban thing in the history of Saban things

Saban gave Bama - and college football itself - more than he took. He can go out anyway he wants. Let’s let the dust settle and see what happens. I think we’re gonna be just fine.

Really? It’s how he has left every job.

Not really, he’s never been 72 years old before.

If he doesn’t feel he can keep up anymore then it’s time to hang up the spurs.

What I was told today was that Mrs Terry is in the early stages of Alzheimer’s and was just diagnosed. Don’t know if there is any truth to it but it was an SEC asst coach.
