The top teams in the West are definitely better than the East, but honestly Arky is so unbelievably dogshit right now that I think it cancels out. Arky is literally no where near as good as the worst team in the East, and for that reason it's a push

Right now the west has one more really solid team than the east with Bama, LSU, and auburn compared to Florida and Georgia. The bottom of the west was atrocious with Arkansas and ole miss being pretty bad and moo state was only marginally better than them. Kentucky wasn’t terrible and Tennessee was improving so I guess middle pack in both divisions was about equal. Side tangent, I really wish Florida and auburn played every year. That’s a really fun matchup as a fan of football

The top half of the West has been better for a while but the divisions taken as a whole are fairly even.

Right now there are 3 head coaches in the West that have led a team to a title, 4 that have played in the title game, and then another that used to be a head coach in the NFL
