And Arkansas is 0-4 against them in the last 4 meetings.

And spare us the "our worst football team in a millenia argument". No one gives a shite.

It just may be.
In all fairness though the SECW has been stacked since 2000 - most consistently by LSU for the last 13 (Nine 10-win-or-better yrs), Bama for the last 6 and also a couple yrs in the mid 2000s, Auburn in 2010 and 2013 esp., and spradically since 2001, Ole Miss in '03, '08-'10, State in '00
Arkansas in '10-'11 and A&M the last 2 years.

Wait, are we seriously getting into a football trash-talking competition between Bama and SC?

This is what you are going with? State championships and cap one bowl games. Very nice. For South Carolina.

No, but don't act like Bama had a better '13 season than USC. It just isn't true.

Oh okay so beating your in-state rival and winning a bowl game isn't something Bama cares about now? Got it.

It's nice, but those are simply means to an end. They aren't the end. I think that is the difference in perspective.

2010 SEC West was ridiculous.

Four teams finished in the Top 12 of the BCS. Four teams won ten games.

The team that finished next to last (MSU) won nine games, finished #15 in the final BCS and curb stomped Michigan in the Gator Bowl.

2011 wasn't bad either. Headed into the last week, Bama, LSU and Arkansas were 1-2-3 in the BCS.

Except that Bama had a far better season. If their mentality wasn't national championship or bust, they would have won their bowl game too. It was the same thing with when they played Utah.

You can't say that a team that won the capitol one bowl had a better year than a team that was a 109 yard field goal return and what would have been overtime away from a SEC and national championship.

2011 Big 3 in the West was the most stacked group of teams I've ever seen in college football in the same division let alone conference.

I shudder to think about how much trash aTm and LSU fans would talk about Tennessee and their opponents if their schools' football teams had actually won as many games and SEC championships as Tennessee's has...

The only way Ole Miss gets a winning record is that it sucks (except for lsu and bama)

was it 2011 that three West teams were ranked 1, 2, 3 goin into the final week of the regular season? that was impressive and likely never replicated.

The 2010 SEC-W was the GOAT. Five teams finished in the Top 15 iirc.
