Why yes, yes they are. And before you start, Ole Miss isn’t supposed to do anything. And we don’t. In fact, it’s a miracle we do as well as we do. But Ohio State. They do so little with so much.

They've only had 3 national titles since 1970

You wanna know who also has at least 3 national titles since 1970? LSU, UGA, Florida, Alabama.

They're nothing special, and they'd get brought down to earth real quick if they played in a conference that had legitimate national title contenders outside of themselves.

They have more accomplishments than most. Do they reach max potential every year? No.

With the possible exception of Oregon.

You don’t know that. I answered multiple parts you included. I even agreed that Ohio State should perform better. However they have more accomplishments in football than both our programs. Idk why you get offended over that? Who gives a shite. Do you really think most know or care, outside of this site, that Georgia won last year or back to back?

All of those programs are good programs too. What is your point with this comment?

OSU has been consistently good since 2000, and been in the title hunt many of those years. A few bounces and they could have 5-6 in that time. Literally a missed FG from winning last year and a 2012 bowl ban from probably beating ND.

It's not taking anything away from the programs who won those titles at all, but OSU has been close to a couple more at least

They're 1st all-time in win percentage, tied in second with Alabama in number of wins, sixth all-time in number of national championships, fourth all-time in number of conference championships, and sixth all-time in number of bowl appearances. I'd say their history is fairly storied.

Texas would be my #1.

A few bounces and Mizzou could have 2 title game appearances right now. See how far that argument gets you on here

They blew a bunch of opportunities back when the South was still small and poor and Ohio was the football center of America. Program should have way more national titles.

I mean that's very different than winning titles, but go for it

It's the same argument on a different scale. The point remains the same.
