Virginia is the South. Richmond and Norfolk and all of these cities are Southern. Just because you don't think it is, doesn't mean the real people don't think it is.

Yeah, the first gun control laws were in the south. 1st Amendment except for when folks spoke of things critical of main society like civil rights.
