And you are a moron.
Why would you say he is a moron for saying that?
They have lost to:
#6 LSU
And still have left:
#12 MState
#3 UGA
#1 Alabama
All are away games.
They went 9-4 last year playing lower ranked teams. Is it so hard to believe they will have a similar record against higher ranked teams?

They would have only been good if they had won. Am I doing this right?
Is that anything like saying Arkansas would be good if they go undefeated? When teams lose, it is an indication of how good they are. If Auburn wins out they will be looked at as a very good team. If they lose to MState, UGA and Alabama, they will be looked at as a mediocre team at best.
Are you saying this type of reasoning is off the charts? or maybe you LSU fans just think if LSU beats a team the team they beat should be considered great?

Are you serious? Do you think he might have been talking about Auburn, since that is who this thread is about?

Honest question. Why does a thread about Auburn being good have anything at all to do about LSU?

I said it before LSU and Auburn are identical I just give LSU a edge on offense. It wasn’t much of a edge but it was enough. Of course wh. Both teams play UGA Bama possibly Mississippi state they are going to have their hands full because they don’t have a high quality offense. The rest of the games they will be good quality games with margin for error less than 1 td. Both are not top 10 teams and this will be proven by seasons end.

I can remember last year when we played LSU, they said Jeffrey Simmons would be just another player in their D line rotation. I also remember him intimidating the phuck out of Arden Key in pregame. Can't wait for the game this year. Maybe we can get a 1st down.

Week 0: LSU going to get crushed by Miami LOL
Week 1: Miami is overrated, nothing about them stands out.
Week 2: LSU is going to get crushed at Auburn. No way they escape with a win.
Week 3: Is Auburn really that good?
Rinse and repeat

From the OP:
quote:
They have a great defense. I think AU and LSU kind of mirror each other this year. They will get exposed against teams with a decent defense and a competent offense to go with it.

LSU should temper their expectations
The better question would be why do you think this thread doesn't have anything to do with LSU.

I see Auburn losing 3 or 4 games this year. Stidham is good not great, O line is terrible, and they have no running game.
LSU is also fairly mediocre and will lose at least 3. They have a good D, and an average offense.
Both will be at the bottom end of the top 25, if ranked at all, at the end of the season.

You do realize that Mississippi states only claim to fame was a major home victory against LSU right?
After you all go to death valley you'll be unranked like every other year.

Maybe Tua can come from 3rd string to starter one day.

I can remember not long ago when LSU had a massive winning streak. I felt so sorry for state fans. I honestly said at one point it would be nice if they got one game on us so they’d feel better about themselves. Well now state has beaten LSU 2 times in 20 years, and it’s as if state has won national championships every damn year. I know you’ve heard this before, but I think it’s worth mentioning again. You’re best years that you’re in right now are the average years for LSU. You will soon be at the bottom of everyone’s boot soon enough where you belong.

Just like 2014, huh? Yeah, historically we’re better than State, but we’ve split the last 4 with them, with your god O having LSU’s worst loss ever to them last year.

It’ll be interesting to watch Washington this year. They looked pretty poor against Utah.
