I love it when the dorks who never played a down of football in their life come out and discuss QB play.

The first INT was on JS, the second one was on the WR. It was a back shoulder throw to the WR.

We're lucky to have Stidham. Y'all are gonna get Cord Sanberg next year lol

Nice internet bravado.

The 2nd INT was also on Stidham. Simple read.

I agree we are lucky to have Stidham. However, that loss was absolutely on him. With great power comes great responsibility or something like that...blaming Gus or the DB's or anyone is silly. Stidham has played good for Auburn but he must be great or at least better than average in the big games for Auburn to be successful. Saturday he wasn't. The nice thing about college football is he had to forget about it Sunday and we are still arguing about it on Monday...I assume you played ;) so surely you know the difference between players and fans.

The QB has to protect the ball. He had a 10 point minimum fumble against uga in the SEC Championship game, he had 2 INT's and a fumble against UCF in the Peach Bowl that cost Auburn 17-21 points. He had 2 INT's against LSU that cost Auburn 10-14 points. Look at the final score of all 3 games and ask yourself if that is acceptable.

He also had multiple fumbles against bama and Washington that didn't hurt us.

Is a State fan the one to be asking this question when state is ranked?
