So Vandy wasn’t a playoff team.

Legit has nil flipped things this bad? Because this just looks like an insane mismatch. How does Iowa look so physical and athletic?

I knew Iowa had a great OL (best in college), I didn’t expect their front 7 to be this good

Hot Take: The Big 10 is better than the SEC right now, all it took was the NIL money flood gates opening for this to happen

Iowa was always athletic.

Sometimes it still pays to have a culture of hard work and hard nosed football. Seems ever since Chochran left the SEC has just not been as physical. Its strange

Iowa was underrated all year. Took Indiana and Oregon both to very end and had a way more competent offense for their standards.

Unfortunately not a hot take. The only SEC team that looks on the same level as their best teams is UGA. Our conference has too many good recruiters and not enough player development, with the portal stacking talent isn’t a winning strategy

This is why I’m happy Wilson left the staff

Not necessarily a hot take but I dont know how much it has to do with NIL. Oregon is Oregon, Ohio State is Ohio State, Indiana has a great coach. Feels more like the SEC is going away from the were going to be bigger stronger and faster than you and better and more reliant upon athleticism. Just all looks less well physical.

Recruiting and coaching are completely two different things. It’s tough to find guys who excel at both these days. They are around, but they take different jobs all over the country now

They're always salty in their front 7.

Not sure how much of that is NIL making players soft.

We have been trying to tell you guys all season.

The three best teams in the country are all big ten teams and there is a gap after them. I think Georgia is good but they aren’t close to IU OSU and Oregon.

But Georgia and Bama can still save the SEC narrative I just don’t see it.
