UGA's talent level will likely be unmanageable for most teams.

I just think you'll take a step back this year.

I do too, but it won't be a big step. Their schedule is weak enough that their only real test before the DSOR is USCe. Would be shocked if they weren't undefeated headed into our game.

This is news to me. Who are you counting as our two best DL from last year?

Clark and Ledbetter have a good argument

And we all know that historically the loser of the first game always has an advantage in SEC rematches.

Lost all credibility right there...

I'm assuming he means Clark and Ledbetter. For all the recruiting hype Trent had, he never really lived up to the billing. A 5*, #1 rated DT is supposed to play like all the dudes bama churns out every year. Trent never really took over a game and only briefly showed flashes of that #1 ranking. Towards the tail end of the season Clark and Marshall IMO started playing just as well if not better along the interior, and Ledbetter really came on and into form last year.

Those 3, plus Rochester and some of the young bucks like Cox should be just fine.

I’m definitely worried about playing decent/good teams on the road, in a true road environment.

We didn’t have to do that all last year, except against Auburn.

Thankfully our schedule isn’t overly difficult, but I’d be lying to you if I said I wasn’t worried about SC & LSU (especially SC since that will be the first of the two).

LOL Georgia fans are so dumb they think they'll take a step back. You guys are going to be in for a rude awakening when you take a step back.

Even if Georgia takes a step back, that step back is light years ahead of LSU, if LSU takes a massive step forward.

There isn’t a single position group where LSU holds an edge over Georgia.

No, seriously. Your post lacked any sense of point. Can you try to make a better post?

It made perfect sense. It was making fun of people continuing to tell Georgia people they will take a step back, as if Georgia people in general haven't been openly saying they expect to take a step back.

Therefore, it was sarcastic, and it played on the idea that individuals were saying YOU'LL TAKE A STEP BACK in response to Georgia people saying WE'LL TAKE A STEP BACK.

Pretty sure that was the intent... as in the people telling us we're going to take a step back and that we should prepare, meanwhile we all basically admit that we'll have a step back. SoG is one of the good ones... he's just piling on for amusement. At least, that's my read of it.

ETA: (boom) suspicions confirmed.
