I am proud of this game, not embarrassed. Why? Because we have maybe finally learned to do what every other SEC team does, schedule cupcake games, to rest, heal injuries, let our depth chart get some reps, and put us in better position for championships.

Why play a Clemson, where a loss is very harmful and a win still requires much effort and a high injury risk. The win doesn't weigh in much, but the loss is an anchor.

We already play the SEC schedule and GT every year. Every other game should be a cupcake, especially sandwiched between USCe and Bama.

Eh, maybe they won't march out the score this week. This ought to play well with the fans from Atlanta.

Why play a Clemson, where

lol, tell that to SC who ended up ranked no. 4 a couple of season ago mostly because they beat Clemson. Clemson's been a ranked team several years in a row. Yes beating a ranked team weighs in. you don't want to play Clemson because a loss hurts.

Unlike Georgia, the West teams play Bama and eachother every fricking year - not just once since 2008.

And please don't gloat at us about playing the damn Ramblin' Wreck at the end of the season.

The Ramblin Wreck are scarier than Auburn. ACC > AU

This isn't about Auburn, its about the weak arse schedule UGA plays every year and that Mizzou has been your division's daddy since they showed up. Also, the ACC is about as good as a shite sandwich on a summer day.

La Tech beat them 62-15.

LA Tech would have scored 100 if they didn't start playing walkons in the second quarter. This game will be a complete waste.

Auburn is 1-3 in their last 4 ACC games, barely beating a 0-3 Lousville team at Auburn for their one win.

Auburn is 7-7 against ACC since 1989. lol

Their band is terrible, but entertaining. They just blow the instruments as hard as they can and sound like shite, but they got that straight swag though

Nice effort there Dabo, but lets break down Auburn's last 4 ACC games:
Lousiville '15 - W
FSU '13 (National Championship) - L
Clemson '12 - L
Virginia '11 (ChikFilA Bowl) - W

And were going back to 1989 to try and prove that your entire conference is even with one team in the SEC? Really impressive

Why? Because you're playing LSU's cross-town rival?

Clemson beat Auburn two yeas in a row.

that team that played FSU in title game was a fluke, should have had 3 or 4 losses, very bad defense. lot of teams could get to the title game with that kind of amazing last minute luck in games.

I'm not sure about this game but the game against GA Southern is well scheduled right before the GA Tech game. Gives us two weeks of seeing the triple option. It would be interesting if Southern's offense is similar to Alabama's scheme wise.

Just take your easy tune up and try not to get anyone hurt. There are enough tough games left for all of us.

Southern's offense won't be anything like Bama's

Suck a dick, that wasn't in the timeline you chose to use. And Clemson (with a significantly better QB) just beat that same 0-3 Louisville team by a smaller margin than Auburn did.

GTFO with your bullshite. All I've ever seen you do on this board is start pissing matches about Clemson. This topic is about UGA's scheduling choices for this weekend, not Clemson's shitty program.

That's cool, wasn't sure but that kind of scheduling, if you could control it, would be smart. Just schedule a team worse, but similar to the team you are about to play.
