If you can’t objectively look at this and realize Sankey is in over his head then it’s sad

We can troll each other all we want but at the end of the day LSU basically fell in line when they didn’t roster the kids.
Yet Sankey continues to push.
Yet Sankey continues to push.

There has to be more to the story that’s not leaked.

Someone said maybe LSU hasn’t explicitly stated that they won’t play them.
Which they don’t have to say one way or the other if they don’t want to…so frick Sankey?

The amount of people that think Sankey is working in a silo and going Leroy Jenkins while 15 schools presidents are telling him to stop is wild.

Looking in the mirror. We still haven’t broken a rule. Kiffin said we wouldn’t go against SEC and we haven’t.
Texas has rostered a former NFL player. LSU has not.
LSU has not sued the SEC. It has complied in every way.

This isn't about kicking LSU out of the league in so much as it's about the SEC having the ability to sanction a member so they can become the future governing body in college athletics.
They stated it explicitly in the filing.

Look in the mirror durr
Melt durr
The SEC needs LSU more than LSU needs the SEC.

Yep.
Get a new coach or get out will be the verdict from the SEC.
Lane's ego can't handle this.

You didn't roster them because the SEC filed a lawsuit in federal court. You had every intention of doing so otherwise.

The other schools are the ones pushing. If Sankey was acting without their interest or wishes, the vote would be to fire him.

There is.. and it will come out. Most of the rant gets their news and weather from Facebook

And people wonder why the Big 10 has surpassed the SEC financially, championships, etc.
It’s because the SEC has a 5 year old girl as a commissioner.

In part. It’s about the SEC believing they are above the law. In what world do they think they are the final judge?? This will end poorly for Sankey and the SEC. It might take a few years, but they are in WAY over their heads.

There has to be. No way would this shite even be entertained.
Is the league going with lawsuit of players?
Well extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence.

College Presidents dont do business with figurehead puppets. The answer is your governor and his injection into the P.E. situation along with his President appointment

Your McNeese St pres and incompetent AD are the ones over their heads. Throw in a meddling governor and coach with the maturity of a 12 year old girl and you got a recipe for disaster. Exactly what you got.

I don’t know how many times this has to be explained. Sankey isn’t acting unilaterally in this. He reports to, and does the bidding of, the presidents and chancellors of the members of the conference. He’s not done any of this on his own.
They have already been discussing this matter for some time. And (1) the fact the conference attorneys have filed an amendment to the federal lawsuit they’ve SEC has brought against LSU and lane Kiffin (2) cited “lack of institutional control in that amendment and (3) announced the presidents and chancellors will vote Thursday on the matter of expelling LSU from the conference means that not only has Sankey been doing exactly as they’ve instructed, the SEC board already knows it has the votes to expel LSU.
I hope it doesn’t come to that, but as I keep saying over and over, this shite is very real. Hopefully cooler heads prevail and another solution is found. But make no mistake, LSU could be out of the conference by this time day after tomorrow.

The actual sad thing is that so many of you corndogs refuse accept Sankey is just following orders from 15 of his 16 bosses. He isn’t driving this boat. The schools are pushing him to go at LSU and he’s obliging.

And if there is, hey more power to them I’ll take it and accept it and life will go on. But the constant assumptions being made when no one knows anything is kind of ridiculous. I
