I think Deboer needs to take a very long look at his coordinators, especially OC. But as long as Milroe is there, Deboer will get a pass since he can say he is still building the program his way.

There are several levels to hot seat.
Level 1 - Negative Fans, probably already there.
Level 2- Average Fan, most average fans give coaches 2 years before they begin grumbling, so a blowout here might bleed a few average fans but not enough to make a difference.
Level 3- Positive Fans - It takes anywhere from 3-4 years here, depending how much regression there is. Certainly 1 9-3 campaign is not going to sway any of these. A second 9-3, might depend how it unfolds, three 9-3s in a row, will start having trouble.
