I think it will intensify the Aggie-Longhorn rivalry. Horn fans come in and boast about how great they are, while not really winning anything lately. Aggie wearing the crown for a year gives them bragging rights that Horn fans couldn't refute. The smack would be epic.

So very true. In fact, I have 3 LSU alumn that report directly to me. Actually like those 3 dudes but I keep em in place.
Sports is sports. We are all fanatics. But no way any Aggie would ever feel inferior when comparing against LSU as a university and future career pursuits.
Also nice to know that we have been to CWS 2 in last 3 years. So no, we dont feel inferior whatsover!!

God I hope so. I remembered when they joined the SEC they were constantly begging LSU to be their rival and a few of them were bragging about a towel on here. Just very weird.

A&M is a diploma mill. Nobody is impressed with an A&M degree except for A&M fans. Stop kidding yourself. And I am the boss of several Aggie alumni. One is not very good at his job.

Sorry but that is just not true. LoSerU fans seem to have a superiority complex that is so undeserved. Not sure why. Most LoSerU grads I know don't act like that at all and are some of the finest people I have ever met. I think most of the LoSerU fans that post on this site have never set foot on campus.

Seriously, you're closer to West Virginia in terms of academics than you ever will be to any of the AAU schools in the SEC.

Funny thing, I remember when I was at A&M (89-94) kicking the shite out of LSWHO in football so much so, that you pussies backed out of the series like a bunch of little girls because daddy A&M was spanking you up and down the field!
