I know we're supposed to hate each other but I have some respect deep down for the Bama fans who stuck it out through the late 90s and early 2000s. I'm 20 and the Vols have been shite since I was in 7th grade. I was at Neyland the last time the Vols beat Fla on the Wilhoit FG. I was in 4th grade. It'll make it so much sweeter when TN gets back to the national stage. Whether it be in 1 year or 20.
ETA: Its Saturday night and I'm fricked up so I'm feeling a bit sentimental.

Yes, I would still be the same fan as I am today. I graduated from Auburn in 2005...so image you have a perfect season in the SEC and you don't even get a shot at the national title. It is devasting when it's like your best is still not good enough. To make matters worse, you see one of your rivals the year before win a national title
