If they just win, possibly in the conversation. If they go in and dominate something similar to OU, then I’m not sure there is even a debate.

You do realize that Clemson is no where near as good on the D-line as last year, which is the reason you were able to get to Tua and beat Bama.

In terms of strength of schedule, they would be the GOAT. LSU will have played 11 bowl teams. If they end up winning, they will be the first to beat five 11+ win teams in a season. I believe only one other team has beaten four 11+ win teams. They also would be the first to have beaten seven top 10 teams (I don't think anyone has even beaten six top 10 teams before). And Texas would be the only one that isn't currently in the top AP top 10.

2001 miami isn’t the best team ever and it’s not in the conversation. They lost a game and played in the big east
