Lord forbid i state the truth. Nico and tye oline both play scared.
If want to play scared you can sit the bench and let a less talented player who doesn't play scared take your position. That would be some proper motivation.

I don't hate Nico and I'm not saying he's bad. He will probably develop into a first round pick, but he can't play scared of getting injured. Simple as.
