QB has always been the missing link the last ten years, but we still manage to win a lot of games. Can't imagine with the right QB at the helm the possibilities.

lol no, I'd take KT and Jalen Mayden over Brennan 24/7/365.

This isn't to say that brennan isn't a great player, but until an LSU staff can prove me otherwise that they can successfullly develop a prospect, I will continue to be skeptical. I will say that I think Canada will do a great job with Etling.

Brennan is much better for our offense, KT for yours. We both got exactly who we wanted

I'll also say Narcisse could be a big time sleeper depending on how he recovers from his knee surgeries. He would have been a Top 3 type dual threat QB ranking if he played his junior/senior seasons. Really unfortunate what happened to his knees. His sophomore season was huge, similar to KT's senior year.

Rumor has it that he had 26,000 qb recruits in for a summer camp where he served them burnt toast and black coffee. Apparently he thinks todays athletes like that.

If your job is a stepping stone to a head coaching gig, you will always get the best. Notice Alabama. That is what we are shooting for.

Canada's offense is very Mullen-like. Not identical, but close enough to be first cousins.

I thought the same thing watching the Belk Bowl vs NCST. That draft year, many scouts had Brissett rated higher than Dak. Canada gets or develops his guy, LSu will be a dangerous offensive team.

If Canada performs well enough at LSU get get a power 5 job after one season, then LSU has a national title. I'll take it

Yep. There's really no question about it. We have all of the other pieces and have for some time now. We fixed the play calling and coaching problems. Now, we just need a qb. LSU should not have problems like we have finding a fricking qb, we just shouldn't. It will happen very soon, maybe already, myles brennan is pretty damn good.

Look around the league. If it were that simple, everyone would do it.

Da Coach O had some of the worst offense in college football when he was at Ole Miss. Couple that with how awful the QB play has been at LSU and why would a good QB recruit choose to go to LSU?

Because they can't all go to Moo State (the ONLY SEC team that can brag about their QBs lately)

Gonna be tough when you have Mullen poaching talent. LSU fans sure are gonna be mad when they realize they let another Dak slip away in Keytaon Thompson.

State better hope Mullen doesn't put another one in the NFL that has a good year like Dak. If he does, he's gone.

How exactly will Canada coach good enough to land a HC gig if we go 7-5? Those two don't add up...

If we can get a guy that can make all the reads and make all the throws, then we should be ok.
