Sankey ruined what was great about this conference: we were great because we all wanted to bury one another. We didn’t care about the other conferences, we wanted to beat the hell out of our rivals so we could talk shite to Gary at the water cooler.
“SEC pride” is a message board corporate marketing ploy. I just want to win and see the rest of yall eat it. My only interest in anyone else winning only extends so far as it serves the interests of UGA from a strategy standpoint.

I'm a huge fan of the SEC, and love for conference teams to beat the outsiders, but ultimately it's all about UGA. If the conference goes 1-15 and the one win is Georgia for the title, I'm perfectly happy.

You are absolutely right. Sankey doesn’t give a damn about the schools in the SEC or their fans. From his allowing the Texas schools and Misery into the conference, to creating this ridiculous scheduling model it’s been a disaster. All he cares about is money and getting his ugly face on tv. Every year he keeps chipping away all the things that made football and the SEC so special.

I’m Dawg thru and thru. But I’m also a big fan of the SEC. It’s not always easy. Have to hold my nose sometimes, but I usually manage to pull for the SEC schools in the bowls. However after that Vandy QB embarrassed himself and Vandy I’m having a very hard time pulling for Vandy right now. What a jerk. He ruined what should have been a once in a lifetime season for Vandy
