Don’t be a scared bitch you got way bigger things to worry about like beating LSU.

I've seen more QB development in less than two years than I'd seen in the previous 20. Hendon Hooker was unwanted even by a large share of Vol fans after spring 2021. I thought he had a lil bit of Josh Dobbs in him but then he turned out to be the best QB I've ever seen wear orange. And Joe Milton went from overthrow Joe to beating the ACC champions with a pretty handy outing. And that's just QB. Jalin Hyatt, Velus Jones, and Cedric Tillman were bit part at best Wrs in Chaney's offense. Cedric grew into a guy with Jauan Jennings' tenacity and Marquez Callaway's big play potential. Jones and Hyatt went from guys that got the ball on bubble screens and occasional go routes to guys who could be legit deep ball threats AND turn a post into a home run. Then at OL, it's night and day to anything we've had (outside of 2012) in the last 20 years. Even at RB which is largely ability based, we've had Jaylen Wright become more of an every down back and Jabari Small went from an undersized bowling ball to a guy who has more patience running behind his blockers and actually makes defenders miss.

And that's on offense. The list of Defensive players who have improved under this staffs watch is deep, too. Banks, Beasley, Baron, Thomas, Harrison, Eason. These guys were all leftovers from the Pruitt regime. I even forgot Alontae Taylor, who got himself drafted after a strong senior season where he looked miles better than he had the previous year.

But yeah this staff doesn't know how to develop

Meh, like every coach who’s success revolves around a unique and innovative offense, his program will grow stale in a few seasons

Another 6 win season by Venables.
Vols win 10 or more next season.
He'll surely get an offer from where he played.

If he's good explain his record at UCF

You should look at it as a challenge.

And was used as a scapegoat when they tried to ruin his career. Huepel has taken that phone call and declined.
