They could have at least made Styrofoam cups or clear plastic instead of that cheap paper shite.

So he didn't work his arse off the previous 4 or 5 years to sign the best class? It was just a coincidence that it happened when the NCAA approved NIL ( but providing incentives to sign on is still against NCAA rules). Are you actually this naive?

Shhhh. [NCAA has them between their cross hairs].
Move along, Nothing to see here….

Dumbo better be careful talking about other coaches dirt, I'll sure they know about his also.

Pretty simple.
And really, not sure the point of rehashing it all again and again. The new order is here. A&M signing top 5 classes is pretty ho hum at this point.
Probably won’t sign the best class every year - not often that you get such a large core contingent from the same city, like we had with the Houston kids this year (who alone reflect a top 10 class).
But top 5 is pretty ho hum now. People can keep complaining about it they want. Not going to matter.
So unlike Jimbo, you are embracing the NIL "bump?"

I will explain then. You’ll probably disagree. But that’s okay.
Those at A&M actually believe their school is the best university in the world. In. The. World.
They actually believe this. Now from the outside looking in you don’t see it. But once you are there, people fall in love with A&M for the most part.
So I get most don’t understand him. Or agree. But that’s where he’s coming from because he actually believes this.
Or maybe the guys who write his checks heard his interview with Finebaum and said "Hey Jimbo... I know we are paying for this #1 recruiting class but we don't want you to go on a national radio show announcing it to the world. We do not want any success we may have in the future tied to us paying for it. So you stick to the ducking script that this was not about money... it was about how awesome (insert snickering) a&m is and how hard you worked." Jimbo is not some guy who fell in love with A&M. He loves his huge paycheck. Don't be so naive.

It's very simple. The A&M guys like to brag about their money BUT, big BUT, they don't want anyone to look back and have everyone say that they only won a championship because they paid for it. There is a taint on wins when you publicly admit you paid for them. The boosters told Jimbo to shut up about paying kids.
End of story.
End of story.

Not naïve. I am the expert here. Not you. I am an Aggie. I have experienced what I am stating. You have not. It’s not uncommon to have coaches students and players speak of Aggieland in this way. Would he be here if not being paid. No. No coach would. But if the money is equal can you hire him away? Also no.
What I speak of is true.

This is true of most universities, not really unique to A&M.

So insinuating that the kids are being paid to go to aTm means they didn’t commit for the love of the university but rather for some other reason and that offends aTm fans? Makes a lot of sense.
But here’s the truth, they don’t give two shits about your traditions

He already practically admitted in earlier statements that they were already paying players prior to nil, don't know why he's acting offended when Peele talk about him buying this class.

That’s true of recruits. Not true of players and coaches that are already at A&M. We don’t lose many head coaches. I can only think of one that went to Bama.

He's a hired gun, nothing more. There's nothing innate to A&M that FSU was missing. Unless you think Jimbo's gay

Again, not unique to A&M.

Hell, look at Auburn, they don't lose many head coaches either.

Nobody believes this. Even A&M students and alumni don't believe this.

People love the school they went to? No shite, Captain Obvious. I love Auburn more than any other university in the world and going to school there did wonders for my life looking back. But that doesn't mean that I blindly proclaim Auburn to be the best university in the world because I went to school there.

That's dumb.

OMG, was Fissure, in a veiled way, telling us the fund was MORE than $30,000,000?

He’s upset because people are doubting his coaching prowess and thinking he could never bring a class like this on his own without NIL but if you lol at his track record he’s always been a good recruiter just not this good. He is upset as people usually are when they’re hit with truth.
