Orgeron is an elite recruiter.

he evidently is that, and that is as important for a head coach as any other facet of the job, imo

Is Brady a co-OC? If so Bama should throw the kitchen sink at him to make him the OC here. That guy is good. LSU found a gem.

Esminger was grooming him this year. I'm willing to bet he is the OC next year and steve goes back to TEs or retires

I would hope Brady is being groomed as the OC after Ensminger leaves, which might not be right away. They both said they work well together.

He will be a great OC. Some team will try to make him a HC in a couple of years

Hopefully, LSU, Joe Brady, and 5* QB crooting will be a self-sustaining arrangement.

Brady's got a lot to learn about coaching. I'd accept next season he'll be called a passing game coordinator, or a similar title.

He probably ends up back in the NFL within a few years.

25-9.

Winning almost 75% of your games while rebuilding the roster and going through 3 different OC's isn't so bad.

would you rather keep Brady, assuming he continues to produce like this, or would you keep Orgeron?

Would You have rather kept Kiffin or stuck with Saban?

f he continues to produce this well it will be a discussion, at least among some fans if not boosters.

Unfortunately you are correct, especially since some of our fans now hate Aranda. We are never middle of the road about our coaches. They are either the 2nd coming or they should be burned at the stake.

Better question and more realistic... Keep Brady or Ensminger?

Why not both?

They're teaching each other. They're basically co-coordinators, if not in name.
