I didn't realize Joe Brady was so young (30). If this year isn't a fluke, and

he continues to produce a very good offense, he won't be an assistant for long. I think Lincoln Riley was 34 when he became head coach at OU.

Just curious. If you're a LSU fan and had to choose, would you rather keep Brady, assuming he continues to produce like this, or would you keep Orgeron?

Orgeron

Do you think this should be an actual discussion?

Hopefully we lock him in for a few years and someone soaks in all of his knowledge during that time. But I see him going back to the NFL as an offensive coordinator eventually.

If he continues to produce this well it will be a discussion, at least among some fans if not boosters.

So lets get this straight. You are saying that LSU should move on from Oregeron to hire Joe Brady as Head Coach? This is the intellectual level of Alabama fans.

perhaps. Seems some coaches just want to be in the NFL and some prefer college ball, though considering recruiting, not sure why many would prefer college.

did I say that, or did I ask a simple question because I was curious.

And don't doubt for a minute that, when that time comes, there will be a lot of LSU fans want to keep Brady.

The thought among most LSU fans is that he becomes OC soon and earns his chops here for a few years before moving on to bigger and better things.

sure many fans would like to keep Brady but anyone that implies brady should be promoted to head coach to keep him is a but misinformed.

Sounds like some Alabama fans are beginning to worry about what Orgeron is building.

I would wait and see what he can do without Burrow before I crown him. You can go ahead, though.

Yep. I think we'll see him back in the League in a couple years.

Only a few people know actually what is going on behind the scenes, I feel Brady is MUCH more involved than they initially thought he would be. Hence the 1.8 million he will get next year.

But O is our coach, O put his nuts on the line and brought Brady in, I would bet there are others that could be brought in and. be successful as well.

You obviously dont know joe brady. At this point he has made the statement many times that he is more of a behind the scenes guy.
